Outputs are generated on demand and delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
The Service also integrates with third-party social media platforms (including TikTok) to enable operators to post content on behalf of the platform. This integration is governed by the respective platform's own developer policies.
3. Eligibility

5. Payments and Refunds
All Products are sold as one-time, non-subscription purchases processed via Stripe. Prices are displayed in EUR (€) inclusive of any applicable taxes. Because AI outputs are generated and delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once generation has begun. If a technical failure prevents delivery, contact us at thinkandfeelspaces@gmail.com and we will resolve it.
6. Intellectual Property
Your inputs: You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for the purpose of generating your requested output.
Generated outputs: Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and distribute the generated output for personal or commercial purposes. We do not claim ownership over your outputs.
Our platform: All code, design, trademarks, and non-generated content are the exclusive property of Think & Feel Spaces and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC OUTPUT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THINK & FEEL SPACES AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
